So I was watching a little bit of Dancing with the Stars tonight since I wanted to see how Chad Ochocinco would do. He didn't end up not doing so hot possibly b/c it's not a end zone dance and Roger Goodell is not looking over his shoulder ready to fine him at any moment. But I saw him wearing his new line of t-shirts called "Girl You Trippin" and it had me cracking up. He's got t-shirts that say "You want Joint Bank Accounts...Girl You Trippin" and "You spent the Child Support $ to Pay What...Girl You Trippin." I thought I would share them with everyone, you can check them all out at: http://ochocinco.spreadshirt.com/girl-you-trippin-C65173

Hottest Student Bodies 2010: The 50 Best Colleges Ranked By Looks
http://www.popcrunch.com/hottest-student-bodies-of-2010/
Need I say more?
No, But I will. After looking over this list of the Top 50 Hottest Student Bodies of 2010, I have to say whoever did this list must have gone to school in the SEC since literally everyone of them were on the list and most of them were in the TOP 10. Overall I would have to say I agree with this list, but the one I didn't agree with was #12 overall: Alabama. I've never been to Alabama before but supposedly they were ranked #6 last year, but after looking at the pictures associated with this article I don't see how they weren't rated #1. Check out these pics and let me know what you think. ENJOY!!!

The Cowboys Don't Wanna Break up "Free Reign"
The Dallas Cowboys finally break their off-season silence by signing restricted free-agent, Cory Proctor. Proctor was 1 of the 12 players the Cowboys offered tendered contracts to this off-season. He signed his second round tender for $1.809 million. Cory Proctor, who plays backup center and guard, was signed by the Cowboys in 2005 off the Lions practice squad, since then he has played in 12 games in 2009 and 11 games in 2008.

Cory Proctor is what you might call a "Triple Threat" if you will. He not only has the looks (which you can tell from his picture to the right), plays backup center and guard for the Cowboys, but he is also part of a heavy metal band by the name of Free Reign with follow Cowboys teammates, Guard Leonard Davis and my girlfriends favorite Cowboys player Tackle Mr. Marc Colombo.
If you are interested in Free Reign, you can check them out at http://www.myspace.com/freereign.
Their EP titled Tragedy is on sale now. Available at iTunes, Wal-Mart, Amazon, Target, and Best Buy.

I HATE DUKE!!!
I don't know if its just me since North Carolina blue runs through my veins, but I don't hate to many things or people in life but there is one team that definitely can say that I hate without a doubt and that is the Duke Blue Devils. Also, I don't know if it is just me, but it seems like every time I watch them play it makes my blood boil. It's like the more I won't them to lose the harder they try and the more they win. I guess it also helps that Coach K has the referees in his hip pocket. Next time you get a chance watch them play and you'll see the foul calls that Duke gets, they are absolutely ridiculous. For example, tonight when they were playing Baylor and one of Baylor's players were driving and Zoubek was sliding over to take the charge and while still sliding Baylor's player went up made and lay-up with a chance for a 3 point play if a foul was called on Duke. But HOLD UP, WAIT A MINUTE, the referee blows his and whistle and just because they are Duke and Zoubek fell backwards it was a foul on Baylor and the basket was wiped away and guess what happens on the next play Duke knocks down a 3. So instead of Baylor having a chance to go up by 3, Duke tied the game and then went on to win. I guess another reason I am mad is b/c I have a chance to win my March Madness pool and close to $200 dollars and I had Baylor in my Final Four. I guess I have to pull for West VA to win it all now for me to have a chance to win.
As another example to show how Duke players are horrible actors and how they flop to get charges every single game, check out this video of Greg Paulus from YouTube.
Earth to Men Everywhere....When find yourself a good Women, Don't Cheat!!!
I believe the time has come for me to write my first opinion piece and I feel like now is the right time, since not one, not two, but three men/celebrities have been caught cheating within the last couple of months with lower caliber, gold digging women who didn't even come close to their triple threat wives or girlfriends. First it was Tigger Woods and Elin Nordegren and we all know the debacle that spun out of that web. Then it was Jesse James aka Vanilla Gorilla blind siding Sandra Bullock with one of Hitler's descendants Miss Bombshell. Last but not least I just read yesterday that the power couple Reggie Bush and Kim Kardashian had broken up due to that fact that Kim caught Reggie cheating with a waitress. One question and this one is mostly for Tigger and Reggie, when did waitresses become the hottest commodity on the block? My answer NEVER, no disrespect to waitresses!
As of right now its look Tigger's counter on women is up to 15, Jesse's is up to 4, and Reggie's is at 1 right now but supposedly there are several others and I'm sure they will be coming out soon to get their quick 5 minutes of fame (which part of the blame can be given to the media in this case for finding these women and paying them money for their stories, text messages, voice mails, etc. and putting them all over the covers of magazines and newspapers).
My opinion:
I really can't understand what is going on with men today. I was always taught to treat women with the upmost respect. I guess I grew up around a strong family where everyone who had gotten married took care of their wives and never would have thought on cheating on them EVER. My grandfather worked 3 jobs to support his wife and kids while his wife stayed at home and took care of their 4 kids. I guess men in those days were built from a stronger cloth then men today. That's why I will always have respect for my grandfather and my father for being great role models for me. I thank you both.
When you find yourself the one, the one with the brains, the beauty, and the booty, I'm just kidding but I had to throw another b in there, you don't let her go no matter what. I know temptation is out there but you gotta resist it no matter what. If you cheat its like playing with fire or trying to run from the long arm of the law no matter what you do your eventually you're going to get burnt or caught.
One of my friends once said to me that if you cheat you gotta make sure she is an upgrade to what you have now. In no way to do I believe that at all, but in all of three men above they were cheating with women that were definitely downgrades to what they already had so again WHY CHEAT! I've never been in the limelight so I guess I can't really relate to what they go through on a daily, weekly basis with all the attention (women and media) I'm sure they get with Tigger and his championships and money, Jesse with his money (I guess), and Reggie with his super-bowl championship, money, and rippedness.
I'm not saying that all the blame should be put on these men either it's almost just as much as the women's/creeper's fault as it is the men's. These fame junkie creeper's would have definitely known that all three of these men were spoken for unless they had been in a underground bunker for the last 5 years. I mean come on! I remember one of Tigger's creepers saying that she didn't know he was married. Really, really, how did you not know! It's also funny to me how when a man is single women won't pursue but once a man is spoken for and they know that he is certified legit, they will try to conquer what is suppose to be unconquerable.
So overall the moral of this article is HOME-WRECKERS put your game on PAUSE and MEN step your GAME UP and take responsibility for your actions and to the commitments that you make!

Final Four Here We Come!!!
Round 3 of the Playoffs
vs.
Tonight was the Third Round of my Co-ED JMU Alumni League playoffs. Our third round game was against a team whom I believe to be one of the best teams in our league, Texas A&M. It was an up and down game the entire game. We came out of the box with an early lead and then the Aggies stormed back, but we maintained a 4 point lead at half. To start the second half they came out firing and we were quickly tied. As time winded down in the game, the score was within 2 points and then it came down to the all important free throws, which we were able to knock down to put us by 4. Texas A&M had a chance at a 3 to bring the game within 1, but miss fired as we pulled off the BIG win and won by 4, 53-49. Our next game is in the Final Four which is against Penn St., who we played earlier this year and beat. Hopefully the same outcome occurs on Thursday. If we win on Thursday then we will be in the Championship game on Saturday at the PROMISED LAND aka University of Maryland's Comcast Center! Lets go DUKES!

The Next.......Reggie Bush #5
Today, starts my weekly post of THE NEXT ONE. Each week I will search the World Wide Web high and low to find the next great athlete that I foresee making it BIG in the near future. Whether it's the next MJ, Larry Bird, Bo Jackson, Barry Sanders, Babe Ruth, etc. Really no matter who it is, I will compare this athlete to past or present players and provide stats/facts to prove my point that this athlete is The NEXT _______. For my first edition, check out this highlight reel of this amazing 12-year old slot back that was posted in 2007 to YouTube (currently over 590,000 views).
I searched but couldn't find any other video's about this kid (or I would have posted them as well) and the real bummer was that there was no name associated with this post either. Due to deductive reasoning, he should be a 14 year old 8th grader or freshman in high school by now just based on the post being from 2007. As you can see this kid is extremely elusive with his ability to stop and cut on dime similar to that of a Dante Hall or Reggie Bush. In his teams single back double slot back offense, this kid really shines. Particularly check out the juke moves he makes at around the 1:00 mark and around the 1:20 mark where he breaks not only ankles but knees as well. The reason I choose Reggie Bush was first of all the number (#5), secondly his punt/kick return ability, and third he appears to be more of a slot back than a straight running back. I can also see a little bit of Darren McFadden and LT in him as well. LT mostly in his maturity when he scores and acts like he has done this before and runs/returns the ball directly to the official. As a side note as well, something else that all 3 (the kid, McFadden, LT) of these players have in common is they all wore #5 at some point during their career.
I will try to continue my research to find his real name and most of all where is he now, but for now wherever he is, I hope the college scouts have this guy on their radar or if not they need to be knocking down his door soon. After college, barring no set backs or injuries, we could be seeing this kid on sundays as well as FOX or CBS announcers calling this one the NEXT ______ soon enough! Tune in next Monday to see who THE next NEXT ONE will be!

SPARTACUS: BLOOD & SAND!
After sitting on the couch and being lazy for several ours watching the NASCAR race at Bristol and the NCAA March Madness games, I decided to finally catch up on one of my favorite new shows that comes on STARZ called Spartacus: Blood & Sand. If you haven't seen this show yet I suggest you check it out. If you like movies like Gladiator or 300 then your going to love this show. It has a very similar story line to that of Gladiator and the effects, fight scenes, and gore of 300. To give those who haven't seen the show allow me to give you a little taste, this show is about a warrior who is fighting alongside the Republic when he and his men are betrayed and he and his wife are forced to flee and live as fugitives. While on the run, they are captured by the Romans and are forced into slavery. The warrior is condemned to death as a offering to the gods for his sins, but against all odds he succeeds in destroying all of his competitors and is purchased to train and eventually fight as a gladiator in the Arena. The show takes you through the roller coaster ride of a gladiator as he tries to win the crowd and his freedom or die an honorable death in his pursuit of both. I have given but a sliver of the pie that is this show, I would suggest tuning in or DVR'ing this show every Friday at 10 PM on STARZ. In case you're out and about on Friday night, you can catch it re-aired on Sundays at 10 PM.
So overall what's not to love about this show, there are plenty of action/fight scenes, mixed with adultery, treachery, and betrayal and did I mention the abundance of scantily clad women. The only con I have of this show so far after 9 episodes is the plethora of men in their birthday suits.
My rating: 4 out of 5 Petey's

The Cuse Just Got Juiced!
Round 2 of the Playoffs
vs.
Tonight was the Second Round of my Co-Ed JMU Alumni League playoffs. Our second round game was against the tough, pesky Syracuse Orangemen. I know everyone was anxiously waiting to see if I would get pick pocketed by a girl again this game, but I'm sorry to spoil your laughter no steals by any girls against me tonight. Though at that matters is that we did pull off the win, 50-40. We had lost to them earlier in the season but we beat them when it counted, in the PLAYOFFS! We are now 2 wins away from the promised land next Saturday, March 27th, which is the CHAMPIONSHIP game at the COMCAST CENTER! Check back on Tuesday when we play our 3rd Round game against Texas A&M.

The Cowboys are Snoozing in Free Agency
ZZZZzzzzzzz! The Redskins aka the DeadSkins have picked up 9 players including (Rexy Grossman & LJ) in free agency this off-season, the Giants have added Safety Antrel Rolle, the Eagles have signed RB Mike Bell, and who have the cowboys picked up NOBODY! The Boys have been linked to the Brandon Marshall trade and various others but so far its been nothing more than RUMORS! To add to that list, Dez Bryant will be trying out at the Cowboys practice facilities at Valley Ranch on April 1st.
I read the other day that Jerry Jones said they were just going to sit back and wait and see what happens with free agency. In my opinion, I don't see how we can just sit around and do nothing while everyone else in the division gets better. We did win the division last year but we are no where near to where we need to be. Which was definitely proven by our 34-3 spanking by the Vikings in the playoffs. We are in desperate need of a LT (since flozell got worked by the vikings) and could use some serious help at Saftey and Corner since Newman isn't getting any younger. The Super Bowl this year is at Dallas Cowboys stadium, which means Jerry will really want us to get there this year. We are already going against the odds since no team has every hosted and played in the same Super Bowl. If we don't get into the Super Bowl this year Jerry might rip someones head off cuz he won't want anyone else to be representing the NFC but the BOYS. To make matters worse this is an uncapped year and the Cowboys were the most profitable team last year, so why don't we use some of that money and buy us some talent. The reason we won 3 championships in the 90's was b/c of this very same situation that the NFL is experiencing now. Come on Jerry get to it! STEP YOUR GAME UP AND SIGN US SOME TALENTED FREE AGENTS (or otherwise we better have one hell of a draft)!

"You Play Ball like a Girl", Naw, I just got Schooled by One
Tonight was the first round of playoffs in my co-ed JMU Alumni League. We ended up going 6-2 on the year and were given a #2 seed in the tournament. In the first round we drew Pittsburgh. The game started at 9. So we all gathered around half court to start the game and just then the ball was thrown up in the air and we won the tip. One of our players passed it over to me and I thought I would start the game off right by going Lebron James style and taking it straight in to the basket. So I tried to take it into the paint from the right hand side of the court dribbling with my left hand when one of the Pittsburgh girls decided to cut me off from the lane. Just as I was getting ready to take it behind my back is when I looked down and she had straight ROBBED me of my possession, the ball, and she was off to the races down the court. Much to my dismay I look over to the sideline to see the rest of my teammates laughing hysterically due to the fact that I just got pick pocketed by a thief who happened to be a girl. But it was okay though because I had my redemption when I fought back, ran down the court, and ended up stealing it back from her. Though I didn't really complete my redemption b/c I ended up missing a lay-up on my very next possession. But we did get the BIG W so thats really all that matters. So now we move onto the next round where we play Syracuse on Friday and hopefully I don't schooled again by a girl.

A Sad Day in Sports
I was sitting at my desk today checking my ESPN ScoreCenter App. on my iPhone when I scrolled over to the NCAAB-ACC scores and was surprised to see that my squad, UNC made the tournament. No not the NCAA March Madness tournament, which is the first time they haven't made the tournament since 2003, but the NIT tournament. I guess the consolation tournament is the next best thing, I GUESS. Well at least Roy and his boys can say the season's not over YET! Well at least until they play W&M tomorrow at 9:30 on ESPN. UNC put there names in the history books this year by having the worst record (16-16) of any team EVER in NCAA history to win the National Championship the year before.
It's sad day in sports history when I clicked on the game and the betting line for the W&M vs. UNC game is EVEN really EVEN. This is a sad, sad year to be UNC fan!

Lets Dance!!!
The time has come! Move over MLB, NHL, NASCAR, NBA, and sorry grandma but your SOAPS as well because here comes the BIG DANCE, March Madness 2010. This is the time in my life as I'm sure yours as well where no work I mean absolutely no work will be completed for the upcoming Thursday's and Friday's due to the fact my eyes will be peeled to espn.go.com or to CBS via the two brand new 52' Vizio tv's just installed in our office.
This is also the time where Vegas buzzes, bets are made, and friends, family, & co-workers enter bracket challenges. If you are looking for a easy way to set-up your bracket challenge check out the one offered by CBS it allows you to invite up to 400 people, enter up to 3 brackets per person, and it does all the scoring for you. I have already entered the CBS bracket challenge and I highly recommend it.
As of right now, I think this is the first year that I can think of that there is no a clear team that I can see winning it all. Last year, my squad, UNC was the heavily favored team and they proved to be as they rolled through the bracket to their crowning as the 2009 National Champions. But as everyone knows UNC stunk up the joint this year and didn't make the tournament for the first time in a long time. So right now I'm pulling for the 3 teams from the DMV (Richmond (UR), Georgetown, and Maryland).
My predictions:
Final Four:
Kansas, Kansas St., Kentucky, Villanova
National Championship:
Kansas, Kentucky
National Champion:
Kentucky

The Origin of Schaich Petey
Welcome to my blog!
I thought I would start this thing off right by letting everyone know how the name Schaich Petey came about. One day in 2009 while I was at work, we were joking around coming up with superhero/alias names when one of my co-workers decided to educate me on the naming system of taking your grandmother's maiden name on your mothers side or her last name and combining that with your first pet's name. My grandmothers last name is Schaich and my first pet was a cockatiel bird named Petey. Thus when the two powers combine they come to form the infamous SCHAICH PETEY. I choose my grandmothers current last name over her maiden name due to the fact that Slaughter Petey didn't really roll off the tongue as nicely.
Let me know what your superhero/alias would be?
Below is a picture of my bird Petey, who's been in my family since I was 12.
